This does not look like what I ordered. I should have been contacted directly to see if I approve of this piece. This is horrible for the price I paid.

Flower are suppose to BLUE not pink. I hope that the pink one was not sent/delivery. It is for a boy.

No bow at all!! Spoke to a employee over the phone saying that all vase orders would get a bow! Very disappointed!! Spent over 75 dollars. I just wanted it to feel special. It was a congratulations gift. Very unhappy!

The florist replaced yellow cushion spray chrysanthemums, lemon leaf, and parvifolia eucalyptus with less expensive filler plants. Where there would be 8+ roses, there were 3. Also changed color scheme to make it “more fall.”

Not what I expected. I asked for some lilies and peach colored roses. I am not pleased with this arrangement. Also the flowers are all gathered on one side of the plant arrangement.

Was supposed to be two big balloons with a 30 inch below that I paid $25 for instead you guys sent her a teddy bear??? Wrong order not what was ordered in person!!!

Took the money right away for the balloon that was never provided but no refund yet after 3 days. It's honestly not about the money, I really wanted the balloon added to the flowers. Just really disappointed.
