I asked for coral roses and they sent yellow. Why offer a customization if they don't follow orders? I would have preferred them to keep the original white roses and ribbon.

Quite a few differences from the photo.

Looks great but disappointed they weren't delivered with the arrangement. My mom called me to thank me for the flowers but didn't mention the balloon or chocolates so I had to ask her if she got them, which she did not. Glad she'll get them but won't be a surprise

Was hoping for a little more white. Perhaps a few white roses?

I thought the floral arrangement was very pretty, but I was a little disappointed with the red carnations. I had said all pastel colors when I called the order in. I don't like the red carnations mixed with the lighter colored flowers!

It's doesn't look the same as in photo and it's very hard to see the case that comes with

The arrangement is beautiful, but I had requested red white and blue flowers which are the colors of the Swampscott Club..

I rated it a 3 stars. Yes it is beautiful but does not look like what I ordered. What I order was mostly purple with white lilies, purple orchids, purple gladioli and purple hydrangea that are not in my arrangement. Only some purple and the lilies. This arrangement had carnations in place of what I ordered. 🙁 I have ordered from you multiple times for funerals and my family for weddings and was very impressed so this kind of the me off.

It's lovely but I'm not crazy about the use of so much baby's breath. It spoils the quality look of the boughet I would have preferred feverfew or a more unique small flower or perhaps some lime green touches. But thank you it's lovely.

Substituted pink roses instead of white. Didn't like the pink

I received a beautifully arranged vase of flowers from Salvy the Florist for my birthday, so I decided to use Salvy to send a memorial basket. I was very disappointed in the appearance of the basket based on the photo that I chose from on their website. The exquisite design shown on the website was not even close to what had been sent. The only things that were the same were the two types of flowers and one type of greenery used. I upgraded to the next sized basket for an extra $30, and it only looked like extra greenery was added to make it look stockier. Honestly, it was even less pretty in person compared with the other arrangements at the service. I wish there was a way to add photos so that you can see the comparison, not just my review.

I wouldn't have ordered this if I knew that it had carnations. The greenery isn't what was depicted in the photo. It's a full white arrangement but not what I was expecting.

The flowers were a gift to another household. I absolutely loved receiving a photo. Great idea! However…. although all the appropriate flowers were included, my husband and I both thought the flowers were poorly arranged. Nothing like the beautiful display on your website.

The flowers are ok, but I'm not happy about the “Happy Valentine's Day” sign. It wasn't on the website and I didn't ask for it. I also wouldn't have wanted it because the flowers are being delivered 5 days before the holiday.

It was a very nice arrangement and delivered on time but it was definitely not representing the picture that was on your website that I ordered. If the website picture showed the same as what I recieved then I would not have ordered this in the first place

It looks great but I specifically said NO CARNATIONS!!! Oh well

Wish the cheaper flowers were just filler, not most of the arrangement. Wish I'd asked what flowers you'd use so I could have spent a little more for a couple more roses or a nicer flower thrown in. Now I know for next time. Thanks for getting this delivered today.

I thought I ordered a holiday planter basket that included a small poinsettia. This is lovely but not what I expected.

The arrangement doesn't look like the photo online. There are not leaves included and it is all orange instead of oranges and reds.
