This was the first time I used Salvi's Florist. I and a few other family members used Salvi's fora local family funeral. The person was very respectful who took the order and offered to send a photo of the arrangement which I thought was a great idea. T

I specifically picked out an arrangement from the online choices that had flowers and color. Also the arrangement showed a basket. I am disappointed this looks like some of the cheaper arrangements shown on the website.

Wasn't thrilled. Would have been nice if it had at least one type of flower in it a grade above the cheapest flowers that can be used. I was very pleased with the customer service. Will use Salvy again.

I have to say they were really great in that I called at 4pm and they made this arrangement to deliver that same day! Five stars there! I am disappointed that they didn't have many flower choices. I usually do not buy roses because most do not open,..

I thought because I picked the most expensive option it would have more roses. It looks a little bare in front. More greens and fillers than flowers.

Thio was not what I ordered. It was to match the families flowers. Flowers look old at the service. Okay but not 5 stars.

Thank you for the feedback, Will. We added some winter greens to the arrangement and spaced the arrangement out a bit to show off those fragrant greens. I hope you got a chance to see the arrangement in person. We added some more height than we normally would. Also, many of the lilies we used were tight which will open in time. We really appreciate your order and feedback. We always try our best to make the best arrangement possible with the flowers we have in stock when you order. I hope that she loved the piece. Arrangement was beautiful. Loved the red and white. Card was exact as to what was said. Only thing missing was the ribbon stating nephew/cousin which was requested. We always and will continue to go to Salvy's.

It was pretty but not one of best arrangements you've done was missing something. I think it was just a little dark.
