This was supposed to be jn the red bowl advetised on your website and in all the Telaflora advertisements. I am disappointed that it was not prepared as advertised.

I ordered a specific birthday floral arrangement (all cheerful pink & lavendar flowers), however they sent the wrong arrangement (fall colors). The flowers were nice, but I was disappointed that they delivered the wrong arrangement.

The flowers were beautiful but they didn't deliver my flowers when I had requested. When I called them, the person who answered was trying to use Mother's Day weekend as an excuse. I know it was Mother's Day weekend and that's why I had ordered my flowers
