The flowers were beautiful. The only problem was they arrived a little late. I did get to see them before I left The wake. The truck that delivered them was delivering them as I was walking to my car. So I went back to see them as someone was setting them up. Sheila

The flowers are beautiful! My partner loves them! My only complaint would be that the card was written out to a Virginia instead of Victoria :(

The arrangement was lovely. The gentleman I spoke with was a big help in deciding what I wanted for the flower arrangement.

Beautiful. But the flowers were delivered to the wrong address. Ordered 2 arrangements. One was going to Salem and the other to Newburyport. Both went to Salem.

Very pretty arrangement but the picture on the website led me to believe there would be a few more roses.

I loved the flowers and the fast delivery.One thing to complain about is that my order had to wrong unit number on it (not the unit number that I placed on my online order.Good thing my unit is right next door to the unit they delivered to.

The flowers I sent to the Curtis family were beautiful. However, when I ordered I called you directly as I wanted to be sure the container shown on the website was in your stock. You assured me it was. It was pictured as a container made of wood. I specifically wanted to check it was available as my sister has many made of glass or ceramic. I thought if I ordered the wood container it would be different and they could use it outside as well. You substituted a glass container -although very nice and she liked it - was not the one I was assured would be sent. This same thing happened before in March. The arrangement you sent was lovely, and I do not want you to do anything to correct it, but in future you might consider telling people that although you would try to fill the order with the requested container, it might not be available and consider letting folks have a second choice. I am not sure I would have ordered if I had been told it would be changed. I also noticed the photo did not show the container. Beverly Hovmand

Looks a little to springtime but pretty. Not very close to photo but I know it can't be completely exactly replicated.
