I was disappointed with the vase, the picture I saw had a pastel colored vase to go with the colors of Easter. The arrangement was very nice!

The flowers look very nice, but I had picked out a basket with a handle and was disappointed that I just got a plain basket container.

I thought the flowers looked beautiful and the service was excellent. The cost was a little higher than what I'm used to for this but I do appreciate the quick turnaround.

the photo is a great idea. It reduces the stress of wondering if what you selected is what is received. in this instance it permits me to see that this is not my requested arrangement. on a good note my sister loves the flowers and balloon. good job

Knocking off a star due to the wrong balloon being sent (Happy Birthday instead of Congratulations). Otherwise the flowers look beautiful and delivery was on time.

Arrangement wasn't quite exactly as the one I had ordered on the website. Recipient was pleased with arrangement although one white rose did not survive past the first day of receiving the arrangement.
