the photo is a great idea. It reduces the stress of wondering if what you selected is what is received. in this instance it permits me to see that this is not my requested arrangement. on a good note my sister loves the flowers and balloon. good job

Knocking off a star due to the wrong balloon being sent (Happy Birthday instead of Congratulations). Otherwise the flowers look beautiful and delivery was on time.
