It looks lovely

There are no succulents as were in the photo and description I saw online. This is unacceptable. Carnations are a different color in the ad photo as well. Getting the photo was nice, but it did not do the arrangement justice. I am moderately satisfied with this purchase.

I chose carefully based on your online photos. Nothing in this bouquet matches the online picture!!! The alstroemeria Is white not dark pink; roses are medium pink not the light or raspberry as in photo; no purple mum at all; no Variegated greens and you added baby's breath that is not in original. Why do you sell it as Teleflora's if none of the flowers match?

The flower arrangement was really nice. It's not quite as same as the one on their website but still pretty. However, the florist was very accommodating to our last minute request and the next day delivery. We truly appreciated the florist sending a picture of the flowers he wonderfully created before they delivered it. That's a great idea! He was very helpful and wonderful to work with. Thank you!

I liked the photo.

The arrangement was beautiful and the woman who waited on me and helped with my selection was efficient and lovely. One minor thing...I was told I would get a picture of the flowers before they reached the funeral home, but I got the picture today, 2 days after the funeral. I would have liked to see them days earlier.

Love the picture. My wife, a former florist and flower arranger, didn't like some of the flowers in the arrangement. My sister was pleased with it.

Love the idea of sending photos to consumers to see what their product will look like. Wish the bouquet was more true to its advertised photo, the flowers look very spread apart here compared to what I saw online. But the flowers look fresh, so hope my mother loves them tomorrow

The arrangement was beautiful but small. I had requested a large and paid for a large. If that was large I'd hate to see what is a small
