Disappointed. The flowers I ordered were a soft combination of pinks with darker pink and purple to highlight. Perfect for a baby girl. This arrangement has dark burgundy and looks loose compared to the picture. I was expecting much much better for the price point I paid.

I already rejected twice the flower arrangement your designers put together. I sent in a picture of what was sent to my daughter for your third attempt. This third attempt does not look anything like the picture I sent in except for a few flowers added. Very disappointing

For ordering the largest fruit basket i expected more fruit and some flowers as pictured when i ordered. This is doesn't represent what i paid for, especially when i was trying to send my condolences

The card failed to include Mary (the recipient's niece) on the card. The cards from our family ALWAYS include Liza, Tom, MARY, Tommy and Ana. I am very disappointed and so was the recipient. Liza Siracusa

The vase was as shown on website; however, the flower arrangement was not as bright as represented and few roses were lost in the arrangement :(

The rose bouquet is absolutely gorgeous. I can't be there with my daughter right now, but I know she feels my love when she looks at her bouquet of pink roses.

I am EXTREMELY disappointed. This is nothing like the color palette in the photo. Substituting red carnations for hot pink totally changed the look and it's horrible. I would have never sent this to my friend. If I could give it zero stars I would.

After several requests over the past 12 years (ordering the same arrangement 3 times each year) to include unopened yellow rose buds in this arrangement, I am giving up. I'll be ordering this arrangement from another florist going forward.
