That's very plain and not vibrant at all. A little disappointed. And the red flowers are all in the back and not evenly displaced throughout the bouquet.

It was terrible!!! Orchids fell off within 1/2 hour. Never been so disappointed and embarrassed! I should have never paid for it!!! Been a customer for over 40 years, sgain very disappointed!!!

Where are the flowers the mass starts in 10 min

we paid an additional amount for the wreath for the urn to have the fern leaf's and blue flowers in it

Once again, I specifically asked for UNOPENED yellow roses and what was delivered were completely opened roses. I make this request every single time I order and this is the third time in a row I've gotten fully opened blooms. I order fro you 3 times every year for the last 11 years. Not sure I'll be I for a 12th.

Usually I am blown away from ordering flowers over the years. However I thought the last order for my anniversary was so/so. Amazing customer service but just did not think this design had a wow factor like they usually do.

The card on the arrangement was incorrect. They put Jane instead of James .

This arrangement does not look anything like the “lush garden” photo on your website. Really not satisfied with my orders lately- too many mistakes, and my family has been ordering from you for 3 generations.

I'm very disappointed-I expect spring flowers, not all those green plants. Where are the tulips, daffodils, African violets ? That's what they used to use when I order this.

This is not 75$ worth of flowers. This is shit! I am very disappointed not usual quality. There are no exotic flowers nor any exceptional arrangements.

The flower was nothing like the picture. When I contacted them they said they do not have the same plants. They canceled the order saying I guess we are not the right florist for you.

They take order and then make something else

Ashland Addison is a dependable florist with a great selection for any occasion! I highly recommend them, and they are also very accommodating! I called last minute for a flower deliver same day, after their usual cut off time, and they were happy to help me out! Also they send you a photo of how your flowers look which is such a nice touch! Love them!

Picture looks nothing like what was ordered online. VERY disappointed.

What a disappointment. The picture in your ad shows four flowers in the plant. This is a lovely flower, but only one vs. the four I expected. I do not feel you have honored the price and picture I have paid for. What do we do now? Thank you for your response.
