4 of the 6 hydrangeas were dying when I got the flowers home and out of the bag. I also expected the arrangement to be bigger for the lofty price tag (12 lilies, 6 hydrangeas and some eucalyptus should not cost almost $100).

This is not at all what I described that I wanted. Very disappointed. I said I wanted all white roses with some blue iris or whatever color to make it pop and greens. Looks like there's one or two roses. Does not look like $100 worth of flowers that's for sure.

This arrangement is very very different from what I chose. I paid almost 200$ for this arrangement and the description said the size of the arrangement would be atleast 30" and what was sent to my friend was way smaller. I am quite disappointed and feel I should get a partial refund as the size of the arrangement was way smaller as against what was described.

Doesn't look like the photo online. No pinecones, less roses, smaller, droopy, looks old!!! VERY DISAPOINTED!!! Not a $100. Arrangement!!!!

You missed my delivery. You guys were supposed to deliver Friday, told me saturday and apologized, now I find out today. You guys really BLEW IT, this was for myclient. You made me look like a LIAR. I used you guys before many times, you failed me. I EANT A FULL REFUND !

I thought we requested no carnations.

I like the flowers but there was no food for the flowers thats was supposed to come with it

These flowers look nothing like the picture I selected. I'm very disappointed. Especially since they were$70. I hate them from this picture

The one that I ordered was pink

Bouquet did not look very much like the photo online. Was smaller than expected. Not worth the money. Bear that came with it also very different from photo. Disappointed and do not think worth the money.

Hi and No I do not like my floral arrangement . I upgraded my floral from 70 dollars to 100 dollars . I specifically asked for blue and white flowers and to be placed in a stout glass vase . Now I understand if it needed to be in a taller container , but this arrangement looks as though you ran through the garden and picked things out and threw them into this ugly vase !! I'm very dissatisfied and I was referred to your company by a friend who lives by your store and has used your store several times. We'll I will not be recommending your store ever! One blue flower!! In that cheap vase come on !! I would have paid extra for a better vase !! Never again!

Awful Messed up order. Even called it in and spoke with person.

Flowers were poor quality. They died within a few Hours of putting them on.

Don't like it Too many fillers mot enough flowers for 100 dollars

My wife said the snap dragons and tulips Sagging and or wilted. Was our 17th anniversary. I continually use you. But last few or more have been a disappointing.

I wanted a bright summery bouquet. Orange, purple, maroon doesn't come close. Bouquet means “Vase”. What I see is an arrangement.

The process was very easy. Ordered online and delivered the next day. However the delivered item didn't look like the picture online. It looked messy and not as full as the picture online. Next time, I would rather go to a flower show and have them make it in front of me before I pay for it.

I was very disappointed in the arrangement. I ordered a horizontal arrangement described as being in a long stone vase. Somehow it morphed into a vertical arrangement in a plastic container. I am stunned that the company did not call me to tell me that what I ordered was not available and ask if there was another arrangement I would prefer instead. I had chosen something very particular for the recipient but no one ever bothered to think that it might matter to me. Don't ever order online, call and confirm that the item you want is actually available.

I was told you hadbirdsof paradise. This is pretty bland.
