This is absolutely unacceptable- where are the lilies? The bulk and body? I have a photo of what I ordered - this is not it - I want condone to call and fix this. Or I will call if I don't hear back.

I am so angry and disappointed because this arrangement is not pretty at all, the colors do not go together well. I spent a lot of money for a special occasion and am embarrassed that this was sent.

This is NOT what I requested

I had requested two lilys maybe I didn't notice the other one but any case it was ok

I added 20 dollars extra to receive premium and I expected to see more flowers of higher quality for the extra $20.

This does not look like what I ordered or what was delivered.

This arrangement is missing babies breath and the roses should start more closed so they would last longer for the recipient. Not pleased with this arrangement. I have used your service before on several occasions but this arrangement is disappointing

Hi! Flowers and colors are pretty but it looks a lot different than website photo. Flower look like a really tight / narrow bouquet vs the image that shows them bursting / wider….less dramatic effect for sure. I'm a disappointed. Can they be changed?

The arrangement is not what I expected. I appreciate a phone. I expected more plant polished greenery, more of a variety of seasonal color, I wanted a darker color more premium looking basket. Overall not what I expected for my selected price. Thank you for your consideration of my satisfaction or dissatisfaction.

They were tiny. Very unhappy with what was sent.

4 of the 6 hydrangeas were dying when I got the flowers home and out of the bag. I also expected the arrangement to be bigger for the lofty price tag (12 lilies, 6 hydrangeas and some eucalyptus should not cost almost $100).

This is not at all what I described that I wanted. Very disappointed. I said I wanted all white roses with some blue iris or whatever color to make it pop and greens. Looks like there's one or two roses. Does not look like $100 worth of flowers that's for sure.

This arrangement is very very different from what I chose. I paid almost 200$ for this arrangement and the description said the size of the arrangement would be atleast 30" and what was sent to my friend was way smaller. I am quite disappointed and feel I should get a partial refund as the size of the arrangement was way smaller as against what was described.

Doesn't look like the photo online. No pinecones, less roses, smaller, droopy, looks old!!! VERY DISAPOINTED!!! Not a $100. Arrangement!!!!
