Unlike other arrangements I have ordered from Ashland Addison, I was quite disappointed in this order. The front facing part of this arrangement was pretty, but the back half of the arrangement was sadly lacking. The arrangement was used as a centerpiec

from the photo I will not be happy. Flowers look very thin and just placed in wholes to fill the voids... I will be seeing it later and if it looks better in person I will re rate this arrangement.. But from the picture Not happy

If I asked for snapdragons, this might work. Arrangements are usually much better. My sister sent a simple tulip arrangement also from A/A and a a much lower price point. I liked hers a lot more.

Gosh. The look is not what I expected. So monochromatic you cannot really appreciate the arrangement, plus really dark for a birthday. Maybe I did not look closely enough. Sorry.

After repeated attempts to change the name on the account to be BLUME instead of BLOOM, your company insists on spelling it incorrectly( see this current email ) Also the flowers that were sent to the funeral home included hydrangea which look wilted. W

Thank you for the picture. I wasn't expecting three large hydrangias to dominate the bouquet. It appears as if you wanted to "fill up" the vase vs. using several more proportionate white, pink and purple flowers. Was this honestly the only white flower

I have always been 100% satisfied, but my Christmas order today does not match the photo on the website (Thomas Kinkade arrangement). The missing component is the dark colored leaf pieces added in the photo on the website but not seen in my arrangement.

I unfortunately got charged for the wrong plant I ordered. The photos on the site from what I ordered looked much different than what was received. This was a condolences gift to a friends father to passed away. A little disappointed :(

This is not what was sent to my friend. The yellow flowers were on the outside nothing was in the top of the vase. I did not see any of the stones in there. She sent me a picture of it. It was beautiful but not inside the vase or the stones on the bottom.

Unfortunately we were not overly pleased with this arrangement. We requested a Fall bouquet with fall flowers and fall colors and unfortunately we don't feel that is what we got. It was very bright. Thank you for asking.

We wanted to let you know that the wreath was delivered one hour before the service began as that is when the church could accept it. However, we are terribly sorry for creating the wrong color scheme wreath. You did request the feminine wreath and that is our error. We look forward to talking to you and making this right.
