I didn't feel that this looks like the picture. In the picture there is a filler of green making it look like an arrangement. This looks like you threw the flowers into containers and put in into the box with no thought

Doesn't look as expensive as it was.

This particular order I was disappointed about the size when I saw it.

I do appreciate the photo but I ordered this as a birthday gift because it was called “March birthstone” and had the aquamarine colored container for March and light blue flowers with the white. This container looks navy. Also-I hope it looks better in person than this photo. The white and blue flowers look wilted already. I've never ordered anything I didn't love from your company but if my daughter's photo today when she gets it doesn't look better than this I will be looking elsewhere to order from.

Disappointed that most of the flowers are closed with detracts from its beauty. Definitely does not look like the photograph on the website.

Honestly not happy with this arrangement. For the price not enough flowers. Too many greens.

I had ordered this flower arrangement (#0371292) on Monday with instructions that they were to be delivered no later than noon on Friday, Feb. 10th, the day of the funeral service. My staff arrived at 2:30 and the flowers still had not arrived. The staff had to depart without seeing the arrangements. The family of the deceased sent a text and said the flowers arrived around 3:30 p.m. The viewing started at 2 p.m. We are very disappointed that they did not arrive on time. Pls call me.

We sent this order to you and we received a customer complaint. It didn't look like what she had ordered

I have to say I was a little disappointed. it was a few dollars short of $100 delivered. it had 3 roses and some smaller carnations. It just wasn't up to what I expect from Ashland / Addison.

Not nearly as sweet as pictured. A far cry from what the online picture showed. Very, very small for $60.

It looks like it's all carnations for $90, I know you can do better, your work is usually amazing.

I was very disappointed with the roses. By day two most had wilted. They were not fresh. For a $300- arrangement this is not acceptable.

I have been a A customer for maybe 12 years order flowers for my daughters rehearsal dinner shower possibly other occasions and just recently this last year 2 orders placed for delivery and the flowers have always been beautiful I have to say I was a little bit disappointed flowers seem to lack vibrancy My husband bought them for me for my 65th birthday so I just said they were lovely, maybe it was location maybe they didn't have access to all the flowers I don't know

the bouquet had black ribbon for a Wedding and the boutonniere has no pin. We found a pin but the stem broke on this and several of the roses

It doesn't look nearly as full as the reference photo when I chose this bouquet. It's not balanced and not what I expected.

Actual piece looks different than the picture. Flowers were smaller and more filling and cheaper flowers were used vs what I was expecting. A little disappointed

The photo online showed many pink flowers. I chose it because the recipient just had a baby girl. This doesn't seem to have any pink flowers in it...

I was expecting to see at least some roses, not just mums. We paid $75 and I would guess delivery to be $15 at most. So there should have been some premium flowers, not just mums and alstroemeria (cheap flowers).
