I am so sorry to say but i was deeply disappointed when I saw this photo. It looks NOTHING like the photo of the arrangement I ordered. I specifically avoided all roses. But i appreciate the delivery was timely.

I am very disappointed at the color selection that was put together in this arrangement! How far from the presentation that was shown online!!! It is not pretty nor attractive. I eould have appreciated a phone call if this was all you had to put together. Very sad!!!

Don't care for the ugly bow and balls. Greens would have been nicer! And the plant itself looks quite small. I was disappointed when I saw this! Almost embarrassing to send as a gift! Maybe it looked better in person! Mine were nicer!

I usually am more than pleased with the flowers from Ashland Addison. I have been sending flowers from them for years. This arrangement dissapointed. I am not sure if there are supply chain issues, but the flowers started wilting the day after delivery. Also it was much smaller than I expected for the price I paid. I believe this to be a one-off issue and will be back for future orders.

Not totally happy - with all the beautiful flowers that you loaded this arrangement with carnations. You have always done outstanding arrangements but don't feel this is one of them. This arrangement was all white on the photo and asked just to add a little color - was going to a man.

It looks beautiful but I really hope for $99.00 that there are more than 2 roses since the rest is filler- The scale looks much smaller as well from what you share on Website.

Carrier delivered to an unstaffed mail room on Monday. Recipient didn't receive gift until Wednesday and only after I had to tell her and spoil the surprise. What's the point of asking the recipient's phone number if carrier doesn't use it? Very disappointed!

Honestly, I thought this design sucked. The phone person was very nice. We discussed fall colors for a birthday at a $50 budget. What I got was a sad poorly designed leftover Valentine's bouquet. For $70 total- I won't be ordering here again.

I am usually pretty happy with my orders, but his bouquet I ordered for myself and honestly I am disappointed. It is more green than pink. It doesn't compare well with the one on the website. I like getting photos because most of the time I order for others, and want to see what they received.

The roses were open on the day delivered. Ashland Addison needs to realize when they use another florist to cut delivery costs, they are still rated as the flower shop. I have learned my lesson. No more roses, which is a shame. Second time this has happened.

The photo you gave does not look like the picture of the actual flowers delivered the second time. The recipient sent me the real oucture. The rises are again very open and will not last more than 1-2 days. Disappointing...
