Not happy at all. My event is tomorrow and I was expecting gorgeous yellow, orange and white blooms, not a plant. I didn't bother to ask because last time I ordered glads from you they were in bloom. I want my money back if they haven't bloomed by 10am tomorrow.

This is the first time I've been disappointed by an order from Ashland Addison Florist. The flowers arrived in rough shape and didn't even last 2-3 days. They were for a birthday and it was just unfortunate.

Thank you for contacting us Elizabeth! We are sorry to hear about this. We are not quite sure what could have happened but this is definitely not the design we created for BettyJean. As we try to figure out what could have happened could you please let us know if she possibly received any other floral deliveries today?
This design does not look like something that could have been created in our shop.

These look nothing like the big mass of white daisies that I ordered. The representative was so nice that I hate to complain. I will go back and re-check my order confirmation. It is the same vase but completely different flowers and not as nice looking.

I ordered bright fresh cuts, I'm not seeing the brightness I expected, more then one bright yellow daffodil might have helped. Very disappointed.

I was disappointed to see that I paid for the most expensive arrangement and it looked small and did not have any hydrangea as described in the photo.
