My husband and I frequently order from Ashland Addison because we are always impressed with the quality and beauty of the arrangements. They almost always look better than the pictures online. This one, unfortunately, misses the mark. It's much much smaller than the photo online.

Somewhat disappointed. We made our choice of sending this planter based on what was pictured on your website. Based on that photo, we were expecting the planter to be sent with more lush (larger) succulent greens. We realize that they will eventually grow into the dimensions of the planter, BUT the initial response we've received from the team as the givers of this gift is, "why weren't the greens more mature and filling out the planter more?"! I trust that future planters we may order will contain larger more mature plants so the initial "unveiling" by the recipient will be better received. Only for this reason are we giving the order 3-stars vs 5-stars.

Looks sparse in color compared to picture ordered. Disappointed

Please remove the baby's breath and any other white/whitish flowers.

Not to colorful a little disappointed I order from you all the time.Not what I expected.

I thought the case would be swapped for a clear cylinder style with a green leaf wrapped around the stems. This is still looks great but is not what I had agreed to with the staff I spoke with yesterday.

Arrangement does not appear as full as advertised. Could be the angle but would have liked a 1-2 more daises added

For $100 it looked skimpy, especially if it was one sided! To much willow and it could have used another hydrangea!3 stars

While these are beautiful, I am wondering why you used fall colors in the middle of summer.

Nice, but a little disappointing. The bouquet pictured online was fuller, fresher, and had more variety. This is not quite up to Addison Ashland florist standards.

This was my first time ordering from Ashland. I was very specific in what I wanted the arrangement to look like and have in it. I enjoy the feature that the florist sends you a photo of the arrangement to see it was specifically what I did not ask for. Gi

I love getting a picture of the arrangement. It looks like you tried to match the flower colors to the balloon, which is cute, but I asked for cheerful colors, and the pictured flowers look kind of subdued and drab, and I don't think mauve, orangish &

Very pretty but somehow not as striking as the pic on the website. I'm sure they will enjoy them. Perhaps they will look bolder when the liillies bloom. Thanks for sending a picture of final product; I wish all florists did that—great idea.?

I had expected more white. The hydrangea is green and expected it to be white flowers not so much greenery. Last time it was a spray of white and light pink flowers
