I'm dissapointed it's not a lot like the photo that I pointed out for inspiration from the website.

It doesn't look a lot like the inspiration photos. A little disappointed.

Beautiful but Lily's wilted the very next day. Disappointed but all Other flowers are still looking good

It is not as perky as the one in the picture. The roses are too big.

Too dark. I wanted more yellow roses

Still doesn't look quite as advertised

It looks okay; I expected it to be a bit fuller.

Unfortuantely, I had mentioned previously that the black ribbon should be replaced with a different color. Please use a different color for all future arrangements, black just doesn't seem appropriate as a welcome gift. Thanking you in advance for your response. - gini

The colors are lovely. It is nice and tall. I would have liked something a little bit more unstructured and wild.

Flowers are great. Guy working the counter could use an attitude adjustment—there are plenty of competitors with nice flowers and it's easy to take my business elsewhere.

Nice, but I expected more flowers, more brightness which is what the salesperson told me. Perhaps they're brighter than they look here. I do like getting the photo.

The arrangement looks sparse and droopy compared to your photo online.

There ok, however, the purple plants look a little sad 🙃, how about a flower 🌺 that look more BLOOMED AND FRESH 💐. Ty

Does not look as pictured - smaller, no chrysanthamums and other blue filler (I think the picture had Irises) and the flowers look a bit sad - the roses look fine but the others just don't look as vibrant and perky as the pictures

My husband and I frequently order from Ashland Addison because we are always impressed with the quality and beauty of the arrangements. They almost always look better than the pictures online. This one, unfortunately, misses the mark. It's much much smaller than the photo online.

Somewhat disappointed. We made our choice of sending this planter based on what was pictured on your website. Based on that photo, we were expecting the planter to be sent with more lush (larger) succulent greens. We realize that they will eventually grow into the dimensions of the planter, BUT the initial response we've received from the team as the givers of this gift is, "why weren't the greens more mature and filling out the planter more?"! I trust that future planters we may order will contain larger more mature plants so the initial "unveiling" by the recipient will be better received. Only for this reason are we giving the order 3-stars vs 5-stars.

Not to colorful a little disappointed I order from you all the time.Not what I expected.

I thought the case would be swapped for a clear cylinder style with a green leaf wrapped around the stems. This is still looks great but is not what I had agreed to with the staff I spoke with yesterday.

Arrangement does not appear as full as advertised. Could be the angle but would have liked a 1-2 more daises added

For $100 it looked skimpy, especially if it was one sided! To much willow and it could have used another hydrangea!3 stars

While these are beautiful, I am wondering why you used fall colors in the middle of summer.

It does not look like the picture at all.
