By looking at the photo, I don't see any orchids in the flower arrangement, as it is written in the description. When I placed the order, actually I requested the Koby Bear, but in the receipt I see a different bear!

The arrangement is nice but some of the flowers especially the lilies were not fresh and wilted. They are too old to be in this arrangement.

The website photo shows a much more vibrant arrangement. I was disappointed with the product sent because I expected the arrangement to look like the website, perhaps that's an unrealistic expectation.

A handful of roses, a few irises and a tulip here and there with a LOT of green filler. Not what we usually get from Ashland-Addison especially at this price point.

Good morning Sarah - thank you for your feedback Sarah. We were not able to reach you by phone but wanted to assure you that this photo does not do this arrangement justice. I saw our designer creating it this morning.
There are hydrangea, snapdragons, spray roses, premium roses, iris, stargazer lilies, tulips, lisianthus, alstromeria, bells of ireland and more in this vase.
The arrangement itself is approximately 22"-24" tall and is designed all around which is the reason why you cannot see some of the many flowers included. I assure you it is absolutely beautiful but if you would like us to replace it we will be happy to do so. It is on it's way to be delivered currently but we could stop the delivery and re-design the arrangement and have it delivered later this afternoon.
We look forward to hearing from you.

I was expecting more lime greens and purple as I referred to another arrangement on your website. The Lily's seem out of place. Yet flowers look fresh.

I received a call about specials, one of which included free cookies. I received the flowers which were satisfactory but no cookies. The florist should honor the “special” or not call concerning them.

I specifically called back and added my co-workers' names on the Get Well Soon card, and double checked the spelling of their names, etc. Yet, the card arrived only with my name. I get bad becausey coworkers were expecting that they would be on the card.
