I received a call about specials, one of which included free cookies. I received the flowers which were satisfactory but no cookies. The florist should honor the “special” or not call concerning them.

I specifically called back and added my co-workers' names on the Get Well Soon card, and double checked the spelling of their names, etc. Yet, the card arrived only with my name. I get bad becausey coworkers were expecting that they would be on the card.

The arrangement picture on the website the flowers looked fresher. I didn't like the closed flowers on the bottom.

The flowers are beautiful. The problem is that they aren't what I ordered: I think you duplicated my last order. This order was supposed to be 24 red carnations, and I had said not to include a vase. I'll keep the ones you sent, but please be more careful

The arrangement doesn't look balanced. Not sure if it's the angle of the photo but there is a large gap in the middle and the blooms seem to be weighed to one side.
