The flower arrangement for my Mom's service was just okay.. although not exactly full like the photo I was shown. And the long green weeping willow stems that are hanging, weren't as I was shown as well, while in your facility. But overall just ok.

Is that a green box the flowers are in?... I specifically appreciated the arrangement in the photos with the banana leaf? Around the exterior of the “pot”, as well as the exotic leaves... not the rose leaves.... not very happy... those details made me sel

For a $190 I didn't really think that the arrangement had much of a Wow factor. It's nice but not overly impressive, which is what I wanted

The flowers did not arrive until 6:00pm on on 8-21-2018. The driver did try to call and text but got no answer. My daughter was not feeling good that day.She finally called back but when the flowers arrived they were wilted and the box was water soaked

My first purchase. Not impressive as website photo for the expense. Also preferred handle-type basket as pictured. In the furture, I'll go directly to a florist shop.

I'm disappointed by this arrangement. It doesn't look at all like the picture of the arrangement I thought I had ordered. While it's still pretty it isn't anywhere near as nice as the one advertised.

Thanks for your service. I'm not crazy about the purple and heavy hydrangea which seems more grandmotherly - like a brooch. I was hoping for something more youthful. But then that's my bad for not asking for a youthful more spring-like, cheery elegance

Honestly the color is really bad. I own a small business and never complain but I mentioned that I liked tone on tone with a picture I showed them on your website and it looks nothing like it. I said like pinks and no rainbow.
