I expected the arrangement not to be so dark for my daughter. Your ad showed brilliant reds, yellows and other bright colors. My daughter was sent blues, purples and greens...and the balloons were likewise. Not what I expected

Way too much green - I ordered them specifically for COLOR and they were a bit droopy as you can see in the picture. Disappointing.

The arrangement was beautiful. However it arrived much later than the time discussed when the order was placed. The office did not receive any notice that the delivery would be late.
