Are there 16 roses? I would like the arrangement to have taller greens around the outside of the bouquets kind of nestling the roses in the center.

This looks somewhat different from the picture I ordered from. The light pink vase looks better with this arrangement—not sure what color this one is? It's okay and I sure hope the friend I sent it to likes it.

I called to ask that they fix the original arrangement so that it looks as full throughout as it appears on the photo on their website. But it still could use more bloomed stems on the upper right hand corner as well as the carnations on the right side corner. The base green foliage does not match the photo either. I wish they would have made the extra effort especially if I had to call them and asked they do so to match the bouquet I believed I ordered from their website. Their lack of focus to detail. I'm glad I requested they send me a photo of the arrangment before delivering it. I would have been very disappointed with the first arrangment.

I asked for these to be delivered in a vase -not wrapped. My aunt who I send these to monthly (MaryetteGoebel) is 92 years old. She cannot cut stems and put in vase. Please call me. My number is on the order.

I'm disappointed. This doesn't look as full as the picture on your website. I'm usually very pleased with your work. Also, the carnations are not very full. I was asked to order an arrangement for a co-worker from my boss so I selected you because I've used you to order in my personal life. Maybe it looks better in person or it's the angle of the photo. Also, some of the carnations and other flowers look like they need to be pushed in because you can see the stems. It doesn't look as tight as the arrangement you have pictured.

HI, I appreciate your trying to brighten it but it appears just stuck some small carnations on top. The original does not have dark purple daisy types (that aren't very attractive and make it dark and this has much darker greeneray and little to no bright bluish flowers. I know you reserve the right to use what is fresh but the daisy's and carnations and dark greenery do not really look "fresh" Thanks for the effort however.

It's hard for me to rate this. It looks like it's already drooping but I can't tell ?? And hydrangeas scare me - they look great for like 12 hours then they die ? So it's got great color but not my fav

I have been using your company for years. If you look at the picture on line of what I ordered and this arrangement, they are not the same. "Pink Springs" There are hardly any greens in the picure on line. Im a bit dissapointed.

The online picture has more purple flowers and looks fuller where the arrangement had a lot more green in real life than flowers.
