Thank you for the photo. Unfortunately the designer asked if I wanted more bold/bright or soft/Neutral. I had asked for a soft/subtle pastel arrangement at designers choice and confirmed I did not want bold/bright color. I also even referenced a flower arrangement from the website while we were on the phone that I loved. The flowers that arrived are definitely beautiful but ended up having more of a bold/vibrant color scheme.

It's fine. It sort of looks like the picture but the colors are muted and it is not as full. It basically looks like enough so you can say it is the "same" as what I ordered without getting in trouble. I chose the one I did because it was bright, and you basically chose things that are monotone. There also isn't nearly as much greenery or purple. You clearly also chose cheaper flowers than the photo to make more margin. I suppose there's a chance they "weren't available" but it only barely resembles what I selected when I ordered.

I did not like the ribbon. It was too light and the white ribbon stood out.

Normally your arrangements are beautiful. This time I was disappointed as there were not enough flowers for the price. I had to go to Trader Joes and buy more flower to the arrangement.

Looks good. Thank you for always doing an awesome job. I have been dealing with your company for a couple of years and you never disappoint!

The order looks fine. There were fewer roses than I was expecting, but it's also December.

HAD ASKED FOR PINK ROSES YET PLACED ORDER JUST THIS AM SO GUESS IT WASNT POSSIBLE! AM GLAD YOU WERE ABLE TO SEND THEM ON SUCH SHORT NOTICE.

I was a little disappointed in the representation. The arrangement did not look as beautiful as the one on the website. It appears to be lopsided but, perhaps it's because of the way the photo was taken. It might be best to provide a 360 degree view and, it would be helpful if a photo of the original selection was provided for comparison. That said, I do appreciate the timeliness of the delivery and notification. Although, I thought that I was ordering from the location at Ashland & Addison.

The picture online has much more roses and way less carnations.

I requested cut flowers with no vase, but a vase was sent.

The roses were beautiful but I wasn't as happy with the delivery. I asked if they could be delivered after 10 am in the hope that they would arrive before 12 noon. However my daughter didn't receive them until 4 pm. How can I avoid that late delivery I'm the future?

Thank you for the photo and for helping me with my selection. I am happy to know that it's been delivered. I took 1 star away because I thought the accent greens would have brighter like the picture on the webpage. That lack of contrast influenced my rating. This was my first time using the website and I found it cumbersome to compare my options side by side. Eventually I put them in my cart so I could see all of my options at once. I also wanted to enlarge the photo since I was viewing the options on my cell phone. I couldn't make the photo large enough to satisfy me. Next time I order I will make some requests that would make me happier with the final product. Also it would have helped if the order taker had realized that I was having some difficulty and offered a few suggestions that could have helped me with the issues I mentioned earlier. Still I will order again. Thank you for getting my order to the patient today.

I had noted in the special notes section of the order from to please use a clear vase only, thankfully due to the picture sent prior to delivery I was able to catch the mistake and have them change it.

In general, I love your arrangements. But, I did not love this one. It was less of an arrangement as it was flowers stuffed in a vase. Sure, you had most of the flowers expected - but it lacked the structure and organization of a professional design. For the price, plus delivery, I was disappointed.

Definitely looked better on the website

The arrangement was not as fresh looking as the picture. The recipient was thankful but when I asked based on the pic she sent me was the arrangement a little less than stellar she was quiet which let me know it was as I perceived via the pic she sent. I get sometimes flowers aren't always the exact same, but for the price point I expected better.

Although it is nice, I would have like it to be a little bigger for a Funeral or Memorial Service.

I think it's a little generic looking. Not very interesting greenery or vase. Not my favorite order from you.

nice but please dont use sunflowers they look wilted in other arangments I send THYX Barbara
