It's lovely and thank you for sending me a photo, however, it looks more suited for Fall and I specifically asked for pastel colors on the telephone this morning.

The arrangement and flowers themselves did not seem as plush and full as it appears in the picture above. Plus the top of the "C" was slightly damaged.

The flowers we receive from Ashland Addison tend to be trimmed too short at times. The arrangement shown in this photo looks a lot fuller than some of the flowers we received in TOB250. They are still pretty, but for $45 the arrangement could look fuller.

Lowers were fine so 3 stars for that. One star for service. Very Disappointing & frustrating experience. There was no information about delivery time, Rush site closed during 9-5 hours due to being out on delivery so when I went to pick up order(because

Yes, I did receive them. They were a little wilted. I was a little disappointed in the size. I think this was the small size. Also, I do need a receipt. Could you email that to me?

The Flowers were pretty but not what I ordered. I wasn't asked before they substituted tulips for my choice; I am not a big fan of tulips!

Flowers in winter are always pleasant, however the photo of "Spring Fling" on the website is much more vibrant than this arrangement. The blue in website photo is what caught my eye. Understandable if certain flowers are not available at time of order,

The fruit and gourmet baskets I send are always nice. The picture of the most recent orders only display gourmet and very little fruit.

On receiving the flowers they where beautiful, that was Saturday. On Sunday Shasta daisies died. Still looks nice.
