I really don't like the purple bow. The girl on the phone suggested it, but I was thinking white with white, but I took her lead. Its just a personal preference....but I don't care for the mixed colors. thanks!

The greenery, Gerber daisy's and tulips were lovely, the rest of the flowers were rather limp and somewhat dead looking on arrival.

The flowers are very nice, but I got charged $13.00 for delivery and it was supposed to be $3.00 because it is in the hospital. I called and they said I would get a credit, but I have not received anything and it has been 3 days plus. Can you please ass

Disappointed they used the light purple filler instead of the white discussed when I placed my order on the phone. She said they would use filler that looked like tiny white flowers, not the light purple.

Although this was a lovely arrangement, it was not as artistic as those I've had delivered over the years. The size of the arrangement wrt the cost & selection of flowers also was a bit disappointing this time.

The flowers were fine. However, I went into the Westchester store to place the order. The sales person pulled up the order for the James Caruso funeral. I specifically asked for smaller versions of his flowers without orange ones and with the roses open

The online picture presents better than what you are sending. I realize this is not your top end arrangement, but if it were centered arranged more like the picture, I'd be likely to rate higher.

Cute arrangement but a bit smaller than expected. I ordered a balloon with this as well and I felt this made it look better. I did not love the random ribbons in the arrangement that were placed, they took away from the flowers.
