I was very disappointed with the flower arraignments. I requested to have my flowers delivered on Tues 11/24 thinking that maybe it would be best to have delivered early for Thanksgiving. On Wednesday morning, several of the flowers were already wilted. I

pretty but I ordered multi colored roses. I understand a substitution was allowed, but disappointing that they are all one color. Should have called or gone in person especially since high delivery fee.

We were not impressed, sorry! The flowers were pretty and fresh. But we actually asked for a similar arrangement from Pesche's Flowers in Des Plaines a week earlier and they sent something more than twice the size of yours, for only $5 more.

The flowers were delivered on Monday and by today, Thursday many of the leaves were brown and some of the flowers are dead. In my opinion the flowers should last longer than 3 days.
