The picture of the bouquet I purchased had sunflowers included. This is lovely. Just not what I expected. Sunflowers are my daughter-in-laws favorites.

I ordered this bouquet specifically for my daughter''s birthday. The layout was very nice but I found out several flowers weren't as fresh as the others. They looked stale the next day. Some had broken branches that weren't properly trimmed. I was disappointed!!

Beautiful arrangement. However taller than I had requested, so the recipient split the flowers between two other vases and was pleased.

The orchid was a hit! My friend commented on the healthy, high quality plant (she's a nut for orchids) and she also enjoyed the twiggy textured fill. The only very minor improvement we both agreed on would be to encourage using a more neutral colored ribbon vs. the brownish gold. Thanks again!

Would prefer more pastel colors for a happier presentation. The purple and blue aren't the best match - but still very nice.

When I placed my order I was given the option of a 20% discount but I noticed it was not applied. My sister was very pleased with the bouquet. I was pleased that the delivery person called my sister and she got her last minute treat. I was pleased the photo was representative of the flowers.

The arrangement was lovely. The only problem is that it was left on the recipient's doorstep overnight. I had made it clear in my order that she is elderly and very hard of hearing. She is 96 and had just returned home from a long hospital stay. I wanted the plants to be a nice welcome home surprise. The plants were to be delivered last Saturday. By 3:45 p.m. she still hadn't received them, so I called the office to be sure the driver understood the directions about knocking or ringing loudly. The person I spoke with tried to contact the driver, but was unable to reach him/her. We also alerted my mother-in-law to expect a delivery. As far as I know, no phone message was left. I have been a customer for many years. In fact you did my wedding 40 YEARS AGO. This was not the service I have come to expect. The plants seem to be okay, but the service could have been better.
