Everything was of fine quality. The only problem was that the carnations were supposed to all be together in one bouquet. Instead you sent them in two bouquets, so I had to rearrange them all, including cutting them down. They turned out well, but not completely professional looking,

The flowers turned out lovely and were according to the conversation I had with the florist staff person who took my order. I also like getting a photo of the arrangement - not all florists do this. My only complaint is that I specified that the flowers should arrive the day of the visitation (one day before the funeral), at the same location. They did not arrive until the day of the funeral. When I called, staff did refund the extra amount I was charged for next day delivery (that didn't happen), but it was disappointing. This person didn't have many folks send flowers for his service, so it would have been nice to have them there during visitation.

The flowers are gorgeous & recipient was delighted. Just perfect! Thank you for always making each delivery so special.

Appreciate the picture. The Arrangement is very nice, it doesn't look quite as full as the website pic- I don't see any eucalyptus or green mums, but I understand that it's made with what is available. Thank you.

Getting a preview of the plant is most welcome. The order taker was exceptional - he was helpful, patient, and courteous as I placed an order for 5 arrangements. Delivery was right on time and excellent. The arrangement was OK. The brown center flower and the dull, yellowish flowers in the back were not attractive. The bright yellow flowers and orange bow did help make it cheerful. None of the recipients said the arrangement was beautiful as in the past.

The flowers were nice but kind of lack luster from what was represented online, I expected a fuller arrangement. They smelled great and were great quality. The delivery was prompt.

Beautiful arrangement and Love getting a photo of my arrangement.Hard to tell proportion in photo, looks small for price. Understandably inflated costs for flowers and service (which I do appreciate). Would like a few more flowers.
