I was sorely disappointed with my latest experience with Ashland Addison. Even after three attempts to make the arrangement look like the photo on the website and the same arrangement I sent three months ago that was done so well, they didn't get it right. I understand differences in photo lighting and standard vs deluxe vs premium arrangements, but what I don't understand is why they can't follow the “recipe” for an arrangement, ie, using the specific quantities of the identified flowers and placing them as shown in the website photo, but apparently it's a problem. This is not the first time I've been disappointed with what gets sent vs what was pictured, but it will be the last. Ordering flowers shouldn't be a game of roulette. On the bright side, I believe the customer service rep I spoke with multiple times truly tried to make it right, but too much got lost in translation from me to her to the person(s) actually handling the flowers. Were it not for her, I would have given a 1 Star rating, but I raised it to 3 Stars to reflect her service.

The flowers were beautiful when they arrived, but it's been only two days and they look half dead. It's really disappointing they haven't lasted longer. I've gotten more life out of a grocery store bouquet. I would also prefer not to be texted at 8am on a Sunday.

We love the arrangement. Also, it was a treat to work with the staff. They were professional, helpful, and made the experience very easy. Will definitely use this organization again.

As a very regular customer, this arrangement was the biggest disappointment. I explained the flowers would sit on a rectangular table for only six people. I asked that the arrangement be low and more horizontal so we could see easily over the flowers, Instead they sent a vase that was already seven inches high and then some of the flowers were like 16 or 17inches high. when seated you could not see the person across the table. We had to move it to the coffee table in front of the couch.

Not only was the arrangement beautiful, but they jumped through hoops to get it delivered for me in very short notice, which made the impact for the recipient so much more special! I have used them many times and have always been very pleased with the product and the service!
