Ashland Addison never fails to wow me with their beautiful arrangements!

The gesture was thoughtful, but the flower was damaged. I called the florist (left a VM) and sent a photo of the damaged flower (leaf was brown). No one ever responded.

I honestly think that size orchid is way overpriced at $109. Also, the orchid itself not very pretty, only a few blooms. I could have found a much prettier one at Aldi. Three stars only because you are online, and because other florists are generally the same as far as quality.

I've used Ashland Addison Florist for years and have always had the highest quality experiences.

The person at the florist who took my order was incredibly helpful and kind. Even called me back to let me know flowers could not be delivered right away as the patient was on a restricted floor. However, the picture of these flowers are disappointing. The gerber daisies look sad and droopy as does the hydrangea. If delivery had to be delayed I would have liked the dying flowers to be replaced with fresh ones. For a $200 arrangement it's really disappointing.
