Hi that's very pretty but it's more of a formal arrangement I asked for a vase filled with garden looking handc picked fall flowers :(. Can it be changed??

I received these flowers as a very special gift. It meant a lot to this gift. However, when I opened them up, I was very disappointed in the finished product. The flowers didn't look like this photo. In the photo, they look fresh and lively. The flowers I received looked tired and rather sad. I was to say the least very disappointed. The white roses looked old and limp. I was shocked the Ashlash Addison would send something out like this to someone. I will tell the sender not to use this florist again.
