"Outstanding Christ statue with white and blue flowers. Family of deceased was deeply moved by beauty of collection. Highly recommend Ashland Addison for special event flower arrangements. This was for more of a funeral/sympathy arrangement. Do not use full name. only 1st name. 5 stars "

I've ordered flowers from many florists over the years, but this experience truly stood out. From the very beginning, I spoke with Tiffany; she was incredibly knowledgeable, compassionate, and attentive to every detail. She took the time to understand exactly what I wanted for a funeral spray and made the entire process so much easier. I especially appreciated that the florist sent me a photo of the arrangement before it was delivered. It gave me such peace of mind, and I was absolutely thrilled with how beautiful and elegant it turned out. The arrangement exceeded my expectations. The exceptional customer service, thoughtfulness, and quality of their work were truly outstanding. I am actually a little disappointed in this arrangement. Normally, I find Ashland Addison flowers stunning. The arrangement on the website pictured light blues and whites. The occasion was a sympathy condolence, and I communicated this to the agent who took the order. I don't feel the dark, almost purple flowers are appropriate.

This bouquet of roses was probably the most impressive flower arrangement I've ever received! It was jaw dropping beautiful and stayed looking fresh (with daily water changing and stem trimming) for the last 6 days! It was over the top perfect for my daughter's 16th birthday. You have won another customer with me!!
