I have sent flowers to friends many times and have also received flowers from others, but I have never experienced a florist as exceptional as Ashland Addison Florist. The flowers they selected were incredibly fresh, the care they showed for the recipient's property during delivery was remarkable, and the arrangement was handled with great attention and respect. This was, without a doubt, the best experience I have ever had with a florist. Ashland Addison Florist is simply the best florist I have ever encountered. The next time I need to send flowers to someone, I will absolutely choose Ashland Addison Florist.

The gesture was thoughtful, but the flower was damaged. I called the florist (left a VM) and sent a photo of the damaged flower (leaf was brown). No one ever responded.

I honestly think that size orchid is way overpriced at $109. Also, the orchid itself not very pretty, only a few blooms. I could have found a much prettier one at Aldi. Three stars only because you are online, and because other florists are generally the same as far as quality.
