"A beautiful rose was delivered to my daughter as requested. It was on time and exactly as I requested. Easy to deal with and reasonably priced. I love the flower and the photo they sent me of it. A nice touch. I highly recommend this service!"

The flowers that were delivered turned out to be very nice. However, The picture that was sent was not helpful. It is a picture of what I ordered which I already saw online when I ordered them. The delivery person did not identify where he was from when he first contacted my daughter that he was there. Then he said he could not text her a picture of them and where he left them. I suggest you have drivers say something like. Hi this is Anthony, I have a floral delivery for you from Ashland Addison.

It was very easy to find the plant I wanted to order for a colleague's work anniversary. I love receiving a photo because I usually don't get to see the item that I sent. The photo showed how beautiful and healthy the plant was and that the "Congrats" balloon was attached.

I was not pleased. The photo is not what was delivered. The arrangement had a few basic Jewel grocery store flowers and mostly green weed filler. Clearly not an 85 dollar arrangement.
