The condolence flower arrangement I ordered was absolutely gorgeous. This was the first time a flower shop has ever sent me a photo of my order before delivery, which really impressed me since I am usually left wondering what they look like. On top of the beautiful arrangement and great communication, they were delivered perfectly on time. I highly appreciate the excellent service and will definitely order from them again!

very good customer service, the lady on the phone was really great and explained everything to me, however when i got my flowers four of the dozen i got were already dying, even the bulbs were dead, you can even see it in the photo they sent me
