Customer service is a top priority for me when deciding which businesses to support, and this florist has once again proven why they will always have my business. When I realized that the arrangement I ordered did not match the fuller, more abundant floral design pictured online, I contacted them to explain my concerns. The order was already on its way for delivery, and I simply wanted to receive what I had paid for while ensuring it arrived on time. I wasn't asking for anything extra. Their response truly impressed me. They called me back, informed me that they were refunding the delivery charge, and explained that the arrangement was being returned to the store so they could add more flowers to match the original picture. Most importantly, they made sure it would still be delivered on time. This is what outstanding customer service looks like! They listened, took my concerns seriously, and went above and beyond to make things right without hesitation. I am beyond grateful for the care, professionalism, and commitment they consistently demonstrate in resolving issues and making their customers happy. Mistakes and misunderstandings can happen, but how a business handles them is what truly sets it apart. They have absolutely earned my loyalty, and I will continue to recommend this florist to friends, family, and anyone looking for a business that genuinely cares about its customers. 5/5 Stars – Absolutely Stunning Birthday Arrangement! I ordered this arrangement from Ashland Addison Florist Co. for my friend Dalaziah's birthday, and it completely exceeded my expectations! The bouquet was breathtakingly full, vibrant, and vibrant with fresh, vivid colors—from the bright magenta gerbera daisies and roses to the beautiful blue hydrangeas, purple irises, and tall delphiniums.  The attention to detail and care in the design made for an incredible birthday surprise. Dalaziah absolutely loved them, and the arrangement brightened up the whole room! Thank you, Ashland Addison Florist Co., for your fantastic artistry and quality service.
