SECOND PICTURE— Very disappointed on my first order… Not sure how they won the number one flower shop award as Carolyn stated over the phone, when I called & placing the order. I was very specific on what I wanted I even “BUMPED IT UP” (paid EXTRA money) for more flowers to be on the arrangement. I received the picture of what was going to be sent out. I thought it was a picture giving me an idea of what it'll look like but no it was the actual flower arrangement. I called and spoke to Carolyn explaining her I was unhappy with order, she said it was the picture NOT giving the order any credit and will be sending a different picture. I explain to her why I wanted to give her a call before giving her a review on the unhappiness of my order. She send a second picture an you can clearly see they added one more sunflower. Never again will I want to be ordering from this place.

Exactly what I had in mind but couldnt put into words—you always do!

Flowers were extremely beautiful but ribbon misspelled deceased children's names despite being correctly entered into order. Ribbon not visible in preview pic and I recommended this be standard processing going forward to avoid this situation for other families. We were refunded the $15 dollar cost of ribbon on the back end. delivery was ordered to a church where the wake was being held. The church has a ring doorbell and is remotely unlocked when deliveries arrive as this is a standard practice for may wakes. But for some reason, multiple calls were made with questions about delivery prior to the delivery arrival and due to circumstances phone not answered, eventually the funeral home, where the body was held was contacted, even though that facility was not listed in the order. Unfortunately, this resulted in the deceased son receiving a phone call from the funeral home and being required to make multiple call to coordinate this delivery himself despite the fact that if they had just shown up to the provided address, they would've pressed the ring doorbell, and the door would've been unlocked. While I did appreciate the high amount of diligence to make sure floral was delivered on time this could have been managed better.

The flowers were sent to my friend Suzette! She was very pleased with them said they r beautiful! Thank you!!
