"Compared with the picture I ordered, the order made looks like a lot of greenery & a lot less flowers. I picked the Hello Sunshine because of how bright & uplifting it was with all the flowers. The order made is still beautiful just feel like they skimped on the flowers & replaced with greens. I appreciate receiving the photo tho."

Really great customer service: great professional help with options, selection, and hospital delivery. Ashland Addison discovered that flowers could not be delivered to the particular unit in the hospital, called me back, helped me pick out balloons, adjusted my bill, and had the wonderful ballon bouquet delivered. The picture of the tulips is very pretty. I hope it is the actual flowers that are to be delivered. They were very punctual and communicative. The only thing I could change would be the bows on the arrangement. Everything else looked like the arrangement I originally chose!
