Much Better I wanted to add the greens are not popping and it really is not as vibrant as what is pictured and does not look full - I really dont have all day to go back and forth - would you accept this if it was going to you? Thank you

Not fully happy with the arrangement the flowers seem underwhelming and not as expressive as the picture on the website not loving the long stems

Stunning!!! 🤩 way more than what I expected!!! 👏🏻 When I called in my order, they were so helpful to suggest a lovely orchid. The photo of what was selected was absolutely gorgeous!!! Most florists, I have had to ask to have a picture sent. This photo was sent automatically. What a nice touch! I will definitely be ordering from Ashland Addison again!

Flower should be delivered after 12 noon ( during lunch time) however was delivered after 4 pm. I called several times and customer service by Karen was absolutely not professional ( arrogant). Anna tried to help and I was promised call back from manager ( never happened).

The flowers were wonderful and the photo is very helpful! Thank you for the timely delivery!
