The flowers were lovely.

Flowers were very nice. Particularly like that you send the picture of the flowers you're sending. However, when you charge that much for those flowers, that's certainly should be enough to cover the cost of the driver without having to ask for more money from the customer for the tip.

Did not receive "care" directions otherwise lots of compliments!

This was my first time ordering from Ashland Addison Florist Co. and the experience was great! I needed flowers delivered in the hospital the same day and they had no problem fulfilling the short notice request. The representative that took my order over the phone was friendly and professional and made the process very early. I also loved receiving a photo of the flower arrangement; however, I was bit disappointed to see that the arrangement wasn't in a blue vase like it was on the website (that was the main reason I selected that particular arrangement). All in all the arrangement was beautiful and the service was excellent, so I am a very happy customer!
