Even the picture looks like the flowers are sad. What happened? The recipient says they look battered and that does not look like a deluxe flower arrangement. What happened?

I recently ordered a beautiful bouquet of flowers for my sister, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. The moment she received them, she sent me a photo, and I was so grateful that the shop provided a preview before delivery. My sister mentioned that the flowers were beautiful, fresh, vibrant, and exactly as I had hoped. My sister also mentioned how well the packaging was done. It's clear that a lot of thought goes into both the presentation and the quality of the flowers. I truly appreciate the care taken throughout the whole process. From the beautiful arrangement to the thoughtful communication, everything exceeded my expectations. As someone from California who values quality, and with this being my second time ordering from here, I am happy to say they are consistent in their quality of work. I will continue to order from here and highly recommend this service to anyone looking to brighten someone's day with gorgeous flowers!

I received a beautiful blooming plant as a gift which was safely wrapped and stunning. The delivery person was courteous on the phone and delivered the plant quickly and safely. He left before we could leave him a tip but want to thank him. We will now consider ordering from this wonderful florist!
