Very pleased with the quality of the flowers, but especially the service. The recipient was not available on the day of delivery. I was updated by email on the status of the delivery until the recipient actually received the flowers. I would definitely order again!

The team was fantastic! They turned around a same day request and hand delivered it - they called me as I requested and coordinated the drop off. I so appreciate it and will absolutely be working with Ashland Addison again!

Beautiful flowers arrived very fresh and smell wonderful. Love the colors and the roses are my favorite. This was well packaged also. The delivery team made sure I was home and didn't just leave my bouquet outside. A+ on customer service
