A few days ago, I left a review for my first order because I wasn't pleased with the condition of the flowers I received. Almost immediately, I received a call from a lovely customer service representative who apologized for the situation and offered to send me a replacement bouquet I was extremely impressed with the level of care and attention he provided, and my marigolds were absolutely stunning! Thank you so much for going above and beyond and helping make my Día de los Muertos altar so beautiful. I will definitely be ordering again and recommending this business to others!

This was the first time a flower shop has ever sent me a photo of my order before delivery, which really impressed me since I am usually left wondering what they look like.
