Karen was both very kind and very knowledgeable during our conversation! My friend, who is recovering from surgery, is really enjoying the orchids! Thank you so very much!

I can't say enough good things about my experience with Ashland Addison Florists in purchasing flowers for a Going Home Service. Sabrina (please correct me if I'm wrong) was absolutely superb from the very first moment she answered the phone. She walked me through the entire process, from selection and description to upgrades and card personalization. I was updated about the status and delivery, and I even received a photo of the bouquet so I could see what I sent! I highly recommend Ashland Addison as your first call for any special occasion where flowers are the perfect, thoughtful contribution.
