I am actually a little disappointed in this arrangement. Normally, I find Ashland Addison flowers stunning. The arrangement on the website pictured light blues and whites. The occasion was a sympathy condolence, and I communicated this to the agent who took the order. I don't feel the dark, almost purple flowers are appropriate.

We selected white flowers, not pink. This is awful and you did not follow the order as requested not did it follow the photo or the description we added. I expect a refund.

This bouquet of roses was probably the most impressive flower arrangement I've ever received! It was jaw dropping beautiful and stayed looking fresh (with daily water changing and stem trimming) for the last 6 days! It was over the top perfect for my daughter's 16th birthday. You have won another customer with me!!

My niece loved her flowers for her birthday. I can always count on Ashland to do a beautiful job. Even if something wasn't right (but this almost never happens) the customer service was perfect and handled things immediately!! I highly recommend them!
