Thought I ordered from Flowers by Stated on line that if you ordered by 3 o'clock it was sane day delivery. I ordered at 2:30 and was then told NO same day delivery. Then the next day at 7:30 the delivery person was having trouble with the address. They asked for a house number when I had already provided it two times. The plant that arrived did not contain white flowers like the one I had selected.

The roses are tiny and not full.

I work for a locally-owned veterinarian and we often send sympathy flowers to pet parents. I am always so impressed with the quality of flowers that are delivered, as well as the level of customer service they provide in arranging delivery to our clients. We're also happy to support another family-owned business!

Thank you for sending the photo! It's beautiful but I ordered the deluxe and the photo on the website looks more full with flowers than this photo. Also are the rose pink or red? The website photo looked like pink and it's for a new baby girl so I would have preferred pink.

I always go with the Designer's Choice. Beautiful! I receive a text picture of what they are going to deliver. (I wish there was a text to tell me when they have been delivered). Our daughter loved the flowers!
