I received a beautiful arrangement after surgery. Just the thing to cheer me up and brighten the whole house. It is long lasting and gorgeous and was kindly delivered directly to my door.

It was nice to receive a photo. The plant was very nice, but the pot it was in was very plain and cheap looking. It was disappointing compared to what I thought I ordered.

The arraignment we purchased was very nice, however it was not delivered on the promised day. (A birthday) turns out they had an incorrect address number (215 rather that 250) It happens, I get it. But why wouldn't I receive a call when it became apparent that it was undeliverable? I did receive an email explaining that the delivery had failed, but no details. I assumed the party was not home and they would try again later. I called the next day and they told me the number must be wrong. I had to call them??? System failure.
