The online order process is easy, fast and seamless. I called the shop for a order follow up question. Anna provided superior customer service. On the scheduled delivery date I received an email and a text message with a picture of the beautiful final arrangement that looked exactly like the online display. It is a very nice sized arrangement and a great value.

I couldn't be happier with the experience! The arrangement was absolutely beautiful—You can really tell they pay attention to detail and take pride in their work. I worked with Ana which was very friendly and genuinely helpful! Even though my order was last minute, she made it feel special! I highly recommend this florist for both the quality of their arrangements and their outstanding customer service!

The only problem I had was not getting the reaccept in a correct format. It took all day and several emails to get it right. The flowers and arrangement was good.
