"Well, the arrangement is excellent as usual! The oversight is we spoke in the store of the many vases I'd collected over the years so my arrangement was to wrapped only. Well, you've added 1 more to our collection. Please credit my card the cost of the vase. An otherwise great experience as usual! You guys rock!"

I ordered a sympathy arrangement which featured yellow roses and a ceramic angel. Thank you for the photo. The arrangement was beautiful! I saw it in person today and it was even more stunning. The vase looked better in the original photo and some of the flowers looked just ok. I do appreciate the photo however I didn't get rave reviews from the person I sent it to which I thought I would especially spending over 200.
