"I always use you when I send flowers in Chicago. Must admit that this time I am disappointed. I wish the arrangement had been more cheerful in celebrating a 90th birthday. Wasn’t pleased with the colors of the selected flowers. Doesn’t look like a summer bouquet for a wonderful person celebrating her remarkable birthday."

Is the most beautiful bouquet I have ever received. Prettier than the picture. Definitely put a smile on my face. I would love to have that same bouquet in silk flowers so I could enjoy it all year long. Also love the vase. It's not your average large clear vase. It looks so pretty on my table 😁 Thank you❣️

My flowers that I recently received are beautiful! I have received flowers from Ashland Addison Florist before and have sent flowers from them for years. I have never been disappointed! I highly recommend them for all occasions.

I paid $11 extra specifically for lavender roses, and the florist who did the arrangement ignored the special request. Very disappointing
