"I always use you when I send flowers in Chicago. Must admit that this time I am disappointed. I wish the arrangement had been more cheerful in celebrating a 90th birthday. Wasn’t pleased with the colors of the selected flowers. Doesn’t look like a summer bouquet for a wonderful person celebrating her remarkable birthday."

The person at the florist who took my order was incredibly helpful and kind. Even called me back to let me know flowers could not be delivered right away as the patient was on a restricted floor. However, the picture of these flowers are disappointing. The gerber daisies look sad and droopy as does the hydrangea. If delivery had to be delayed I would have liked the dying flowers to be replaced with fresh ones. For a $200 arrangement it's really disappointing.
