"I always use you when I send flowers in Chicago. Must admit that this time I am disappointed. I wish the arrangement had been more cheerful in celebrating a 90th birthday. Wasn’t pleased with the colors of the selected flowers. Doesn’t look like a summer bouquet for a wonderful person celebrating her remarkable birthday."

I have ordered from Ashland Addison Florist over the years to send my daughter flower bouquets. Not once have I ever received poor customer service nor delivery of nothing but beautiful flowers. They are a top notch florist. This past Friday was National Daughters Day and I had forgotten to contact them in advance. As soon as I realized it I called later in the morning and they were able to deliver a gorgeous arrangement in a very short period of time that afternoon. Just lovely!
