"I always use you when I send flowers in Chicago. Must admit that this time I am disappointed. I wish the arrangement had been more cheerful in celebrating a 90th birthday. Wasn’t pleased with the colors of the selected flowers. Doesn’t look like a summer bouquet for a wonderful person celebrating her remarkable birthday."

Stunning!!! 🤩 way more than what I expected!!! 👏🏻 When I called in my order, they were so helpful to suggest a lovely orchid. The photo of what was selected was absolutely gorgeous!!! Most florists, I have had to ask to have a picture sent. This photo was sent automatically. What a nice touch! I will definitely be ordering from Ashland Addison again!

Flower should be delivered after 12 noon ( during lunch time) however was delivered after 4 pm. I called several times and customer service by Karen was absolutely not professional ( arrogant). Anna tried to help and I was promised call back from manager ( never happened).

The flowers were for my Moms wake and I know my Mom loved them!! They were absolutely Magnificent and I wanted something grand for my Mom and the arrangement was grand!! Thank you so much for creating the arrangement I was so proud to give my Mom! It meant so much to me!!
