"I always use you when I send flowers in Chicago. Must admit that this time I am disappointed. I wish the arrangement had been more cheerful in celebrating a 90th birthday. Wasn’t pleased with the colors of the selected flowers. Doesn’t look like a summer bouquet for a wonderful person celebrating her remarkable birthday."

The flowers are immaculate. Th size and freshness are some of the best I've ever received. Thanks so much for providing quality product and service. The delivery driver called me to inquire about my specific delivery specifications and followed them perfectly. I don't think a pretty coral bow is appropriate for the death of one's father. Sympathy plants should have: In loving memory or Sorry for your loss or Deepest Sympathy pick/sign- you need to fix this. But plants look nice and healthy. Different basket than was shown. Not as nice.
