"I always use you when I send flowers in Chicago. Must admit that this time I am disappointed. I wish the arrangement had been more cheerful in celebrating a 90th birthday. Wasn’t pleased with the colors of the selected flowers. Doesn’t look like a summer bouquet for a wonderful person celebrating her remarkable birthday."

I am writing to let you know of my disappointment, once again, in my order. I have been a loyal and patient customer of yours since 2012. Your files will show I have spent thousands of dollars on flowers from you. I order the same arrangement every time with the same instructions - please make sure the yellow roses are buds and not opened. In fact, the latest order has those instructions clearly on the invoice. And every time, I have to call back when the flowers are delivered to let you know that the roses are all open. When I called today, I was basically told that there was nothing they could do- the flowers are cut and they're all opened so that's that. This is my last order.

I ordered 2 Happy Retirement multi color rose arrangements. Compared to the other floral arrangement this order looks thrown together the way the flowers are placed in the vase, weak not fresh baby's breath and the black balloon is too dark for this HAPPY again I say HAPPY Retirement
