"I always use you when I send flowers in Chicago. Must admit that this time I am disappointed. I wish the arrangement had been more cheerful in celebrating a 90th birthday. Wasn’t pleased with the colors of the selected flowers. Doesn’t look like a summer bouquet for a wonderful person celebrating her remarkable birthday."

Spoke with the driver because we were not going to be home when he reached us. He was willing to deliver to an alternate location nearby. All went well, he called us when he delivered it there

Flowers were gorgeous and kudos to whomever delivered my flowers to me! The sender didn't give me updated address so the driver delivered them to my old address. He was so amazing he was able to get them back and make a special trip to bring them to my new address. I had to run out before he got there and I left him a tip under my doormat but he didn't take it. I wish he had! He was AMAZING and I appreciate all he did for me.
