Do not like container. Please change!!

I gave designer choice on flowers and asked for very colorful as the celebrant was an artist - I was expecting more color - this is mostly a sea of green. Budget was $200. We were disappointed.

Fewer/smaller roses than shown online.

Doesn't reflect the picture on the website at all other than it's the same pot.

This arrangement was nothing like the picture on the website.

Can you place an apple. There is too much green.

This is missing a lot of flowers with a bunch of extra greenery stuffed in. I'm afraid I'm not happy with you this time Bice's. :-(

I didnt order yellow and didnt order carnations

This arrangement does not look like what I ordered. Very disappointed as a first-time customer.

Not a fan! I thought the daisies would be white. Every flower is yellow and they don't look good together. Sorry

It doesn't even resemble what I ordered online! Disappointed!

That is about 2/3 the amount of flowers that were shown in the picture and some of them can barely stand on their own.

Not much for $150!

I don't like the “thanks” in the bouquet, not sure if it can be removed. Also there were 6 pink roses in the photo online and I only see two here. Disappointing considering the cost.

If that is the actual arrangement, I'm not very impressed. Especially after paying you just under $100. The delivery is not scheduled until Friday and some of the blooms look like they won't even last another day. I was hoping it would look a little nicer. I've must say I'm disappointed. 😔

I grew up in the florist business. This is not an easel I'm proud to display for my brother's service. Very disappointed for the money we spent..

Not same day delivery.

Had to come back and provide CC information again. Checked the flowers at visitation, flowers were beautiful but the card listed from “Mike & Sandy” even though I printed out what I wanted and signed my name and also used a debit card with my name on it. A disappointment. I wanted to spend $ locally, but it was more expensive and incorrect on the name. :-(

I'm disappointed as it doesn't have the open flowers like the pic on line showed. Mostly all greenery.

It's nice but for the medium size I thought it should be fuller for $100. I'm a bit dissatisfied. It's my friends mother who died that looks smaller than the mid size. I'm also doing my daughter in laws wedding flowers with you in March 9- Kaitlyn burrow. I hope to not be disappointed on that

A valentine orchid IS NOT a birthday orchid... at least not on a February 6th birthday. I was very specific and we had a back-up plan if the right orchids did not come into the shop. 🤦🏼‍♀️

Unfortunately the flowers were very different from the picture on the website. We were disappointed that we ordered something with lots of pinks and filled with flowers, but we received more greenery and not as many flowers as the picture showed on the website. I understand flowers might not have been available, but I have never ordered flowers and had such a large difference between the picture on the website and what was actually received. We will not be ordering from Bice's again.
