Doesn't look like a basket? Hard to make out what it is or what's in it. I am a florist and when I do a fruit and gourmet you can see what is in it and it's in a basket no just paper bag which is what this looks like. Hope it was worth what I spent.

The product is far from the photo on your website. Your product has many fewer blooms than advertised. We are not at all pleased with as a last tribute!

Compared to the online version we chose from, this picture of the actual spray is highly disappointing for $260.00 ..

The plant looks nice and of high quality. The delivery was swift. The bow looks and feels very tacky and I would not have chosen that for the person I sent the gift to. I appreciate the photo that was sent so I know what was delivered. I called Bices and tried to personalize the order but I was swiftly directed to the website to order. There was no indication at the time of ordering what the presentation would be other than the basket the plant is in so I didn't think to specify. I will find another florist for future business due to the impersonal experience.

I like getting a photo, but in this case it's a disappointment. Comparing this picture to the photo on the order page, you can see this is nowhere near what I thought I was ordering. Only half the flowers I thought I was getting.

While beautiful, the yellow roses are too open and will not last very long and the hydrangea looks tired already as well.

It's ok I thought it was going to have the big. Green leaf in the middle like the original pic on website. I don't like the single green strands running across like that it takes away from the beauty of the flowers. The other look enhanced them.

I like receiving the picture of what I ordered. Unfortunately I'm not happy with the arrangement and very seldom have. I ever had a complaint with a flower arrangement in my entire life. This looks nothing like the picture I ordered from. It looks like a vase full of leaves. Very disappointing. I received a beautiful arrangement from Gordon Boswell last week. I thought the proximity would be better for delivery today but in the future I will wait. Not happy at all. Hoping it looks better in person for the recipient.

She'll enjoy it very much. I feel it is an over use of stock & sunflowers. It is not really to my taste. I would have expected a few more quality flowers. I LOVE that you send a photo, and will recommend it to other florist.

The order and the picture on the webpage look awfully different. The flowers used are the same but 50% less in what we got compared to what is pictured. Will not be using this florist again

This, technically, is what I ordered. However, it does not look like the picture advertised. The advertised picture looks MUCH fuller and depicts more than a dozen roses. What I received is not what was advertised in my opinion and not worth the advertised $189.

These are not the same beautiful flowers that were advertised , i realized you said due to availability but i was hooeing . bices has always never disappointed until today .

I don't care for the purple all around the bottom. I was seeing in my mind a tall face not a short one I wanted the purple to be tall shoots of purple not the big round purple

I am not at all happy with this arrangement. I understand flowers may need to be substituted, but this is not what I was expecting. Im not sure what those green things are, but the phone was full of flowers, with a circle of hydrangeas around the bottom & lots of healthy looking roses and Berber daiseys. This looks sad. Even the ribbon on this is nothing like the photo. Definitely NOT worth $100!

Not quite what website showed. Only daisies sent, no yellow flowers. Am I getting a refund for only half the flowers?
