The plant I ordered had lilies that were fixing to bloom. I'm not seeing them in pic?

The arrangement was beautiful, but it's not what I wanted. When I called and placed my order, I asked for a plant, something that would last and be viable for months on end. I thought I made that clear, but apparently not.

It doesn't look like the picture on line. The white flowers are not the same . Can you adjust? Thank you

It doesn't look as full as it did on the Internet can you add a little bit more flowers?

Not enough white flowers….Im comparing side by side and it needs to be more full. Short of white flowers…..

My mom loved the floral arrangement - she said it is beautiful. But she didn't know who the flowers were from which is kind of disappointing since I asked for a card to be provided and provided the message to include.

I'm a little disappointed there are not more roses in that for what I paid. And instead carnations.

Appreciate the photo. Plant looks good, but not too happy with the container. The photo I ordered from showed a wicker basket type. This looks kind of Christmas like especially with the gold bow.

I wish it looked more like the one on the website. On the website, the flowers were beautiful, all pale and pastel colors. The bouquet that was delivered was ugly. There were these big dark green grassy things stuck in there that ruined it. I knew it might not look exact but this was really ugly.

A little disappointing. Comparing the original order photo (which appeared to have at least 6 roses in it) to this one that's going out a couple of days later…only 3…not quite as full and pretty overall. Honestly, not the same as the original order, and it was no fault of ours not knowing the person wouldn't be there for delivery Monday.

I asked for spring flowers pinks and yellows and specifically said no red colors. I wanted happy flowers. This was not what I was expecting.

I bought these for my mom's birthday. Too much purple, NOT ENOUGH Sunflowers.

I like the pop of color. I'm assuming you all didn't have Anthurium to use for the pop of red like the picture online? This arrangement is a little better. I do wish it looked more like what I ordered but I understand why it can't. Thank you! I'm only doing the lower rating just because it's not what I was expecting when I placed my order but like I said I understand why.

Although the arena is pretty it is much smaller than what is displayed on the website for that price

It looks a little more plain than I was expecting for 160 dollars.

I was hoping for a little color and plants that were a little more unusual. This was for the sister of our friend who passed away. She is a professional florist so we wanted it special. It is nice and I'm sure she will appreciate it. I did appreciate getting a picture.
