Your staff, Bridget, if I recall correctly, was as helpful as possible. She was polite, understanding & communicated clearly & well. I greatly appreciate her attention. The Birthday Arrangement was very pretty & nicely done. The only thing more I could have hoped for was more "flair & dazzle". Thank you.

Flowers looked great! They don't seem to last very long. They're starting to wilt 1 day after delivery.

Beautiful. I can't really tell if it has 5 different 4 inch plants. Or how big the actual over all arrangement is (nothing to compare to). But it is pretty. Thank you for the photo

I rated this a 4 because I was told that the selection of flowers would be limited and perhaps my instructions were unclear, but I believe my request to use little color other than the orange roses and white flowers was not followed. However, if the lillies bloom, that might tone down the pinks and blue. It is a well-done arrangement—just not to my taste for this occasion.

It's quite nice but it looks a bit unbalanced with the hydrangea in the front - maybe the hydrangea could be at a better height. Thank you. I do think the arrangement looks lovely except for the biggest flower front & center
