I appreciate that you sent me a picture before you delivered the flowers. Thank you for making the adjustments on the bouquet so that it more resembled the example given when I ordered.

The arrangement was fine however got delivered to the incorrect address. It was delivered to 233 should have been delivered to 223. The person texted me to let me know she would deliver it.

Greenery is not as balanced Should have a more rounded look opposed to3-4 limbs sticking up. Kind of looks like the other parts were cut too short to balance out the arrangement

Bice's customer service was great. They called me first thing the next day after I ordered to clarify delivery. The flowers arrived on time. They were beautiful but the arrangement seemed a little small for the price.

Has a lot more green flowers than pictured. (Than White roses.) It's nice though and appreciate that a picture was sent.

Appreciate the photo. Looks good but I would expect the orange roses as special flower accents to be an odd number - 3/5. Hard to tell but center flower at lower edge looks crushed.
